What cameras does Milana work with?
Reolink cameras and Reolink recorders, which can send pictures by FTP. Other brands are coming soon.
Do I need new hardware?
No. Milana uses the cameras you already have. There is nothing to plug in.
How fast do alerts arrive?
Within seconds of the camera sending its picture. The alert carries the picture and one sentence about it.
Will it buzz for every car on the street?
No. A car alerts only after it has stood still for 5 seconds, your own parked car is ignored, and repeats within 10 minutes are listed quietly.
Does Milana recognize faces?
No. Milana describes what it sees, like a person or a white pickup. It does not identify anyone.
Who sees my pictures?
The members of your home. Pictures are deleted after 30 days and are never sold or used for advertising.
How much does it cost?
14 days free, then $20 a month for the whole family, billed by Apple. Cancel any time in iPhone Settings.
Is there an Android app?
Not yet. Milana is for iPhone today.
How do I delete my account?
In Milana, open Settings and tap Delete My Account. Your account and everything that belongs to you is deleted.
