My cameras stopped sending pictures

Milana tells you if your cameras have been quiet for 6 hours during the day. Check that the camera or recorder is online in the Reolink app, that FTP is still turned on, and that the password matches the one Milana gave you. In Milana, Add Cameras, Test shows whether a picture arrives.

Milana gets pictures even when nothing moves

In the Reolink app, FTP upload should be turned on in the alarm schedule only, with the timer schedule left empty. Otherwise the camera sends a picture every few seconds whether anything moves or not.

How do I add someone to my home?

In Milana, open Settings and tap Make a Join Code. Share the code; it lets one more person into your home and works once, for 24 hours.

How do I cancel?

On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Milana.

How do I delete my account?

In Milana, open Settings and tap Delete My Account. See the privacy policy for what is deleted.
